Work at least 20 hours per week

If some of your employees do not work an average of 20 hours per week/80 hours per month, they are not eligible for this plan. The rest of your organization is still eligible as long as they meet this requirement.
Live in Canada

Your employees only need to reside in Canada and have an Alberta health care number, they do not need to be citizens or permanent residents.

If some of your employees do not meet this requirement, they are not eligible for this plan. The rest of your organization is still eligible as long as they meet the other requirements.
